The name of our restaurant corresponds to the association of two Korean words, "Ma" which means "From the heart" and "Dam" which could be translated as "To offer". The logo combines the oriental philosophy (Yin and Yang) and the six elements that surround us (metal, wood, water, fire, earth, air) to highlight balanced, harmonious and tasty dishes. It also refers to a bowl of Bibimbap, a typical Korean dish, with its six accompaniments. And since Ma-Dam is located near the Orleans Cathedral, it may remind us of a rose window as well ?
